Integrate tinaCMS in a Gatsby.js project

Hey there,

I just started to create my website with Gatsby.js and wanted to add tinaCMS to it. I’ve seen these cool features of gitub branching and creating pull requests in tina’s toolbar.
I could only find a step-by-step guid on how to use github with next.js.
Is it possible to integrate branching and creating pull requests also in gatsby.js projects? If so, could you please give me some tips on how to set things up?

Hey @sim — currently the only back-end supported with Gatsby is Git. There are limitations with the way Gatsby transforms content that make the Github workflow more difficult, among other things.

Lately our team has more focused on Next.js or vanilla React. I’d encourage you to try out the Github editing via the Next.js tutorial!
